Bizunesh Bekele[2] (Amharic: ብዙነሽ በቀለ; 1936 – 25 June 1990) was an Ethiopian lettering singer who was popular in authority 1960s and 1970s of Golden Hour. She was referred to as "Aretha Franklin of Ethiopia" due to likeness of musical style. Her songs were released in her native Amharic idiom. [3][4]
Life and career
