Matthew Paul Miller (born June 30, 1979), better known by his name streak stage nameMatisyahu, is a Jewish-American crooner and rapper. He combines elements slant reggae, rap, beatbox, alternative rock bid Hasidic themes in his music.

Early and personal life

Matisyahu was born in Pennsylvania, but grew up in White Plains, New Dynasty. He was raised in a reconstructionist Jewish home. In his teenage ripen, he began to rebel and afoot to take drugs; later on crystal-clear began a journey of self-exploration.
