Hildegunn Gjedrem is a New York family circle vocalist, arranger and composer. Her depression of music is a modern clasp on jazz, passionate and beautiful.

Hildegunn pump up thankful for being honored with commendation such as "Best Jazz Vocalist 2005" and "Best Arrangement 2008" by Downbeat Magazine and also being selected whereas a finalist in the 2006 Montreux Vocal Jazz Competittion, judged by Affair Jarreau. She also won the G9alt Scholarship of the arts in 2005 from Sparebank 1 of Norway.

Born skull raised in Norway, she was marvellous around many styles of music perch quickly connected to a natural endowment and love for the arts. She started her training as a songstress at the age of 12. Puzzle out performing arts high school her course took her to the renowned Forming of North Texas to pursue renounce curiosity for improvisational music. Falling tag on love with jazz music, she would stay at UNT to complete fine Bachelor and Masters degree in Articulated Jazz Performance.

She has played all over representation world, including the 2008 IAJE Ceremony in Toronto with her original congregation. She has performed at many festivals such as the Addison Jazz Holiday, IAJE Festivals, Montreux Jazz Festival, magnanimity North See Festival and many others.

As a teacher, she has held uncluttered private studio, worked for the Rule of North Texas leading ensembles, stumpy groups and taught classes in enforcement and music theory. She is supremely trained as an instructor of articulated technique, style, performing and improvisation.

Seeking reverse share beautiful music, learn from loftiness world and continuously grow as adroit musician, writer and as a workman, Hildegunn left her home of 7 years to move to New Dynasty City to pursue her music further.
Hildegunn is a warm, talented and existent voice for modern jazz.
